Christopher Germain

Christopher Germain is a lifelong resident of Michigan’s Upper Peninsula. He was born and raised in the Escanaba area and graduated in 2001 from Escanaba Public High School. During his late high school years and after graduation he served as a public speaker and consultant. In 2004, he attended Holloway Institute to receive his real estate training and began his career as a Realtor®.

Since then, he has taken a very active role in the real estate community. He is a past director on the Delta County MLS Committee and is a past president of the Upper Peninsula REALTORS®. He served with the local and state YPN and served on a Presidential Advisory Group regarding big data for the Michigan Realtors®. In addition, he was selected to take part in the inaugural Leadership Academy class for the Michigan REALTORS® and then was selected to be the co-facilitator of the academy for the two years following. He was elected to the Michigan Realtors® District One Director seat for his first term that started in 2018. He was selected as the REALTOR® of the Year in 2018 and 2019 for the Upper Peninsula REALTORS®. In 2020, he was appointed to the Michigan Board of Real Estate Brokers and Salespersons by Governor Whitmer.

Christopher was raised with a strong sense of community service. He has dedicated hundreds of hours each year giving back to his community. He is the Captain on the Ford River Township Volunteer Fire Department, holding several firefighter designations. He is the past president of the Delta County Jaycees, a Past Master, and current Treasurer, of Delta Lodge 195 of Free and Accepted Masons, and is a Board of General Purposes Representative for Michigan’s Grand Lodge of Masons. Christopher is a proud member of: The Upper Peninsula, Michigan, and National Associations of REALTORS®, REBAC (Real Estate Buyer’s Agency Council), Michigan Realtors® Young Professionals Network, Michigan State Fireman’s Association, Michigan Masons, US Junior Chamber, and the Delta County Chamber of Commerce.
