Hassan Ahmad
Hassan Ahmad has been practicing real estate for over 17 years and is currently an Associate Broker at RE/MAX Leading Edge. He graduated from Oakland University with a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and went on to earn his MBA with a concentration in Global Management from the University Of Phoenix. As a young man, Hassan believed ardently in the American dream. His passion for helping others achieve this dream leads him to practice real estate with determination, honesty, and most importantly, integrity. His desire to serve his clients’ specific needs, coupled with his market expertise, helps set Hassan apart from his colleagues. Hassan has been recognized as a top broker within the tri-county area.
Hassan’s motivation to serve his fellow realtors and community is paramount. In 2017, he was voted in by his peers to serve as Director of the Dearborn Area Board of Realtors. His impeccable work ethic and dedication to community service have earned him the support of his colleagues and fellow directors on every level. Hassan Currently serve as the Dearborn Area Board of Realtors president 2020. In 2018, Hassan was also appointed by Governor Rick Snyder to join the Michigan Board of Real Estate Brokers, one of the highest positions to achieve. In 2017, Hassan was appointed By Mayor Paletko to City of Dearborn Heights Tax appeal Board. However, the accolade Hassan is most proud of is receiving the award for Realtor of the Year for 2019, voted by members of the Dearborn Area Board of Realtors community.
In 2020 Hassan was selected to join MI REALTORS Leadership Academy to maximize his leadership skills potential. Hassan’s Leadership and relentless services were also recognized by Real-Producers magazine of Wayne County where he was featured in July of 2020 in celebrating Leaders.
Next on the agenda, Hassan plans to run for the National Association of Realtors board Director, which will allow him to further serve his community for a 3-year term. Hassan is honored to represent his profession in so many capacities.
In the community, Hassan is known for his service across many organizations, and is found volunteering his time supporting a multitude of worthy causes dear to his heart. He is married and has three beautiful children and understands the importance of giving back. He was appointed by the Mayor of Dearborn Heights to serve on the city’s tax appeal board. He also enjoys his time serving as treasurer of Leaders Advancing and Helping Communities (LAHC), a nonprofit human services organization that helps to empower families in the community through social and economic advancement. Hassan also serves as a RE/MAX Ambassador to the Children’s Miracle Network, and volunteers his time at Habitat for Humanity, Dearborn Fireman’s Burn Drive, Michigan Veterans Foundation, and several other community-based programs whenever possible.
