MiCAR membership presents commercial real estate professionals with state-of-the-art services, education, and many other resources, such as specialized commercial continuing education events, CCIM and other commercial designation resources, standard commercial forms, access to MiCAR’s statewide clearinghouse of commercial education and events, and numerous other benefits.
MICAR members also benefit from the services of MICAR’s task forces as they look for solutions to data, education, forms, networking and convention issues throughout the state, building value for MiCAR members along the way.

Become a member of MiCAR
Membership in MiCAR requires no additional dues, no additional membership application, and no hassles. Simply being a member of MAR is enough to become a member of MiCAR. Membership is comprised of individuals who are members of the Commercial Alliance of REALTORS®, the Commercial Board of REALTORS®, who self-identify as commercial practitioners, and those who are identified by their local board leadership as commercial practitioners.
