The selection of appraisers and distribution of the appraisal assignments, both primary and review, are tailored to adhere to geographic competence as outlined in the appraiser code of ethics, FMNA and HUD guidelines. Midwest Appraisal Management Group has been designed to seek out appraiser members with neighborhood knowledge and professional expertise while maintaining a respect for the prevailing local appraisal fee schedules.
