MAR’s Field Staff are available to attend your board of directors, general membership, governmental affairs or other local association meetings to provide updates on the Capitol scene. Beyond serving as the liaison between your local association and state government, MAR’s Field Staff will work to assist in educating members about important legislative issues affecting the real estate industry.
Additional Field Staff responsibilities include:
- Provide grassroots support when dealing with Federal, State and Local elected officials.
- Assist local associations in setting up interview sessions for candidates seeking Federal, State and Local offices.
- Assist in finding and promoting REALTOR®-friendly candidates in Federal, State and Local offices.
- Answer any questions pertaining to MAR or its policies.
All members are encouraged to contact their Field Staff representative to answer any questions regarding state government affairs and the REALTORS® Political Action Committee (RPAC).
