MAR once again has funded a legal update. This year’s course covers dealing with FSBOs, foreclosure and short sales, fraud, land contracts/leases with option or rights of first refusal and a legal liability update.

Compiled and presented by MAR legal counsel McClelland and Anderson, the full document will be available to locals following the January 18 - 19 Achieve conference. Surveys and feedback from MAR members continue to stress the importance of MAR providing legal assistance and resources.
