The Convention gathers real estate professionals from across the state for three days of knowledge, networking and peer recognition. Attendees will receive a preview of the latest industry products and services at the Expo.

Once you have registered to attend The Convention, you will receive a confirmation of your registration. The registration confirmation will include a link to make hotel accommodations with Grand Traverse Resort & Spa under the group rate.

That will depend. If they will be participating in all convention events or are an industry professional, yes they pay the full registration rates. If they are only attending the social events and are not in the real estate industry they can attend at the guest rate of $90.00 pre-registered or $110 on-site.

Yes! Registration for convention is only available online and opens in June. Click the Register button at the top of the page to get started.

Yes, once you arrive, you will be welcomed by The Convention Registration Staff at The Convention Concierge Desk located in the lower level of the hotel near the meeting space. There you may register for The Convention onsite and you will be given your badge holder, program and other important convention materials. Admission to ALL functions is with your name badge ONLY and WILL be monitored. Registration is required to attend any and all events. Badges are not transferable.

The full registration fee will include all The Convention program activities with the exception of recreational activities or some invitation only events. This includes the Welcome Reception, Expo, knowledge sessions, Grand Assembly, networking breaks, lunch in the Expo on Thursday, Happy Hour in the Expo, Realtor® Royale and many opportunities for networking. The daily registration includes only that entire day's activities, except for invitation only events.

Yes! Download the Crowdlink app from the Apple App Store (for Apple devices) or the Google Play Store (for Android devices). 

In addition to the agenda and connecting with other event attendees you can receive special event updates in real time. Bonus: The app carries over to new Michigan Realtors® events! Multiple events, one great app! 

All events are held at the Grand Traverse Resort & Spa. Specific room locations may be found in the program book on site and on the mobile schedule.

Full refunds are granted if requests are received prior to August 30, 2018. There is a $40 administrative fee for cancellations on or after August 30, 2018 and before September 20, 2018. No refunds will be given after September 20, 2018. 

Transfer of registration is allowed under certain circumstance. Please contact Michigan Realtors® staff if you need to make a request for a transfer at 517-372-8890.

Enjoy The Convention in business casual attire. Remember meeting space can vary in temperature so dress in layers for optimal comfort. Pack your comfortable shoes, there is a fair amount of walking.

The Convention is the premier real estate education and trade show event in the state of Michigan attended by Agents, Brokers and Appraisers in the residential and commercial areas who want to advance professionally. On average, over 1,100 attend.

Early registration ends Thursday, August 30. Full refunds granted if received by August 30. Cancellation between August 31 and September 20 are subject to a $40 administrative fee. Refunds after September 20 are not given. Registrations are nontransferable. 

*The introductory rate for first-time attendees will be verified from past convention attendance records. If attended previously, full rate applies and will be charged. First timer rate is nonrefundable and nontransferable. 

**Registration as a guest for The Convention is confirming that you do not hold a real estate or appraiser license and that you are not involved in the real estate industry. Those who falsely register as a guest are subject to cancellation of registration without a refund. 

***Additional Exhibitor Registrations provide admittance to events held in the expo only.

 By registering for a Michigan Realtors® event, I understand that still or motion pictures may be taken of me while attending the event and give permission for images to be used to promote Michigan Realtors® events. Such images will remain the property of Michigan Realtors®

All attendees are expected to conduct themselves professionally and with good judgment and common sense. Michigan Realtors® aims to provide a safe event experience for all attendees and does not tolerate inappropriate behavior or harassment in any form. If you feel threatened or harassed while attending a Michigan Realtors® event, you are encouraged to report the incident directly to police via 911. Attendees who violate this Event Conduct Policy may be asked to leave the event without a refund. In addition, the attendee may not be permitted to participate in future Michigan Realtors® events.
